Maintenance and maintenance of CNC lathe

  1. Keep the environment clean and tidy: CNC lathes have certain requirements on the use environment. The environment must be kept clean and tidy, avoiding too much dampness, avoiding too much dust, especially avoiding corrosive gases, thus reducing the wear and corrosion of the guide surface of the machine tool. It can prevent the damage of electrical components and prolong the trouble-free running time of the machine tool.
2, keep the machine clean: For the CNC lathe operators, at any time to do the machine cleaning work, is also a very important part of the job responsibilities. It is necessary to insist on the main parts (such as workbench, exposed rails, operation panels, etc.) once every shift, especially the guide rail surface, must be wiped clean with soft cotton yarn before work, and coated with lubricating oil to prevent corrosion of the guide surface. Thoroughly clean and wipe the machine once a week, such as the air filter of the electrical cabinet cooling unit, the filter of the compressed air system, and the chips in the coolant tank. In addition, the machine tool position specification has some other cleaning requirements for a specific machine tool, and should be referred to for execution.
  3. Increase the starting rate of the machine tool as much as possible. In the initial stage of the newly purchased CNC lathe, the fault is relatively large, and the machine tool should be fully utilized during the warranty period to expose the weak link as early as possible so as to be resolved during the warranty period. In the case of intermittent production tasks, it is also not necessary to use it. It should be energized regularly, and the CNC tool should be clamped for about 1 hour each time to use the heat generated by the machine to remove or reduce the humidity inside the machine.
  4. Regularly check all parts of the machine tool: the hydraulic system of the CNC lathe, the lubrication system, the cooling system, the emergency stop button, the travel limit switch, etc., which are related to the safety of the equipment, need to be checked frequently in order to find problems in time and eliminate hidden dangers. .
For the wear and tightness of the belt, the cleanliness of the hydraulic oil, lubricating oil and coolant, the wear of the motor and the speed generator brush, as well as the circuit breaker, contactor, relay, single-phase arc extinguisher, three-phase arc extinguisher, etc. All must be inspected regularly.
The cooling and ventilation devices of the numerical control system and the electrical cabinet must be regularly checked. Once these devices are not working properly, the working environment of the electrical components will deteriorate and the equipment will malfunction.
5, to prevent the machine with fault operation: equipment failure, especially the mechanical part of the failure, should immediately stop processing, analyze the cause of the failure and resolve, in order to continue to operate. It is forbidden to operate the machine in case of failure, otherwise it may cause serious damage to the equipment.
  6. Timely adjustment: When the machine tool is working for a long time, the backlash of the machine tool screw will increase due to various reasons, the positioning accuracy of the machine tool and the repeated positioning accuracy will be deteriorated, and a large gap will be generated between the guide rail and the strip. These will lead to a drop in machine accuracy. When the above problems occur, they should be adjusted in time.
  7. Replace consumables in time: After the transmission belts, bearings and other accessories are damaged, they should be replaced in time to prevent equipment and personal accidents.
  8. Pay attention to the grid voltage frequently: The numerical control device usually allows the grid voltage to fluctuate within 10%. If it exceeds this range, the system will not work properly or even damage the system. If the grid voltage fluctuates greatly, it is best not to start the CNC lathe, and after using the voltage stabilization measures (such as installing a regulated power supply), you can use the CNC lathe. In addition, the grounding of the machine tool should be reliable to ensure the safety of the operators and equipment.
  9. Regularly replace the memory battery: Most CNC systems are equipped with batteries, which can be used as the power supply for the muscle M or the new power during the system power failure. When the battery voltage is insufficient, the system will give an alarm. In this case, the battery should be replaced in time to prevent system data loss during power failure. Replace the battery should be carried out with the system energized and pay attention to safety.
