When using CNC woodworking lathe, you will encounter a lot of problems. If you can master the following skills, you will have more control in use.
The loading center is not right. Move the thimble, the center sleeve center, and the tailstock thimble three points. Solution: Adjust the orientation of the loading rack.
The thickness and length of the finished product change regularly: Cause Drive Solution Solution Replace the drive. The method of checking the drive fault can be clicked on the “return to zero” button and the standby unit will stop and the axes will be accurately marked. The cycle is then processed multiple times, each time the check mark is misaligned. If it changes regularly, it can be judged that the drive is faulty.
The solution is to replace the center sleeve. The diameter of the center sleeve is less than 2 mm below the diagonal of the column. The drop will cause the motor to work hard.
The products produced by the CNC woodworking lathe are not smooth. The reason is that the turning tool is not ground. The solution is to clarify the turning of the V-shaped turning tool on both sides. The tip of the knife is ground into a 0.6 mm plane on the grinding wheel, and then polished to the edge of the oil stone to make the tip of the knife a U shape.
The processed product has stepped corrugations. Cause: The slider or ball screw is poorly lubricated. The screw can be turned by hand when the CNC wood lathe is powered off. If the resistance is large or the resistance is not uniform, it can be judged as the guide rail slider or Ball nut problem.
